I've been eyeing this for a few months. Last Frontpage deal at this price was on 08-25-2023. This is $2,999 on the Centr website.

The unit itself is easy enough to put together and is pretty sweet as a home gym. The bench is super low... I'll probably buy a bench separately or mod it to be taller, and I'm short at 5'7". Otherwise it's great. Well worth it under 2k imo.

Dimensions: 46 inch x 59 inch, which translates to 2714 square inches and rounds up to roughly 19 square feet
Weight of the Centr 3: 631 lbs
Some quick googling shows that a residential floor can support 30-40 lbs/square foot, which puts the floor supporting the Centr 3 at a range of 570 to 760 pounds. And that's not including the person using the machine. With even distribution, floors can handle more but this machine is a lot of metal in one place.
Yeah, not going to trade potential floor issues or failure vs a chance at gains. I'll stick with Centr 2 and figure out another way to supplement my fitness routine.
