Honestly, even the 64GB new for $349 is still a good deal, and the remaining refurbs. It’s difficult to find that much value / capability for under $400.

Possibly, Support has already reached out offering to ship a replacement. I am trying to see if they can ship it to a UPS store to pickup from. Hopefully that can eliminate a repeat of this.

Got the 64GB. I will mention that installing the 1TB SSD was a huge pain. The screws in the back are screwed on super tight and took me 45 minutes to unscrew. One of the screws won’t even screw back...

Mine was shipped via UPS. Is it really that obvious what is in the package? If so, that is a MAJOR failure on Valve's part. Edit: I missed the label part. That is insane.
