Saw this fan online at Home Depot and seems to be a nice fan. i ordered one and have not received it yet. HD shows the price $161.25 and has all the bell and whistles in this fan.

I have this one except bought it from bedbathbeyond. These blades are no good and the light is dim, even at 900 lumens. The blades have too much resistance and make a noise at level 2+. If you have a house that has separate switches for light and fan, this one does not have that option. There is only 1 hot wire for both fan and light. I wouldn't recommend it as I have other remote fans that are silent and much brighter and with integrated LEDs.

Meh for integrated LED.
Amazon has some reviews: https://www.amazon.com/Breezary-C...LX82S?th=1

If you can't use 2 switches (seperate fan and light) then this is a no go for me. Finding and using a remote for a kids room would be a daily nightmare. Also, it sounds like the light resets to a default setting every time so you have to adjust it up or down every time. This is probably a cheaper fan than $160 from one of those pop up brands marketing a DC motor, which isn't some revolutionary feat in and of itself...

I just ordered a ceiling fan from HD and the LED light is very dim, wondering if I should return and pick this one up as the brightness can be turned up. Let me know what you think of it when you get it installed. Wish they had some reviews/photos of it installed.

Does your ceiling have to be parallel to the earth to mount this or can it be slanted?

not really. my dc fan has a spec of 75w with light on. which is not much of savings. compared to my 1100 lumens led flood light br35 that only uses 12w.

If you have a slanted ceiling you could benefit by getting a "ceiling fan downrod". From HomeDepot / Lowes etc.

Appreciate the review but genuinely asking (because I'm considering it), this one says it is 52" and Model # 29006-WH … I don't think you have the exact same one?

As a general rule, don't buy fans with integrated light, unless you don't care about fan light. Light is bound to fail sooner than the fan motor and these bulbs are not easily replaceable.
