Cycling shoes typically have a shank in the sole that provides more efficient power delivery to the Pedals. So when walking normally these shoes won't flex like a normal shoe sole would and likely will be uncomfortable if walking long distances.
It's hard to imagine "incognito" and "comfortable walking" with cleats attached, regardless of how flexible these are.
Seem like bad cycling shoes (too flexible) and bad casual shoes - too stiff and have cleat mount. IMO these would be better if they didn't have cleat mounts and were marketed as a casual riding shoes for regular pedals.

They're fine for walking short distances. A little uncomfortable and much stiffer than regular shoes. The soles are very thick, with room for recessed SPD cleats.
