This is not a good deal. Acer orion 3000 with 3080 was available not long ago. This is too much

That was for i5-12700F-based PC. The 13th gen i7 is noticeably better in performance. Whether the tradeoff between the CPU and GPU performance is worth it to you is up to you. But it doesn't make this a worse deal. I personally care more about the CPU and for the same price would rather have this.

Isn't QVC a scam site?
QVC is a legit retailer that is public ally traded. Now where the scam part may come from is their history of elderly would watch the TV network and order everything they see, while also forgetting what they bought, or their children trying to claim fraud/scam so that their elderly parents don't spend all their money. That and they typically were higher priced then you could find on your own, just they had the 4 easy payments marketing. So you could say the $499 is overpriced then but the subreddit of buildapcsales think it was a hot price to jump on
