Not sure of all the hate for Secondipity in this thread. It's already been established that they're a reseller of returns/open box items with little to no quality control. Order from them if you think you are truly getting a great deal. Consider yourself lucky if you are one of the ones to get an item in good shape. If the item falls short of your expectations, return the item and get a refund within a couple of weeks. I have ordered from them a couple of times and have been happy with my experience each time.
Both were packaged horribly. Frother, completely missing the whisk circle thing, so wont even work without it.
The Nespresso pop, missing the sample pack, machine has stains on it and has a strong smell to it, frother looks like it had been used a lot. Lots of scratches on the inside and still had dry milk inside, didnt even attempt to clean it. 🤢
So disappointed. Usually have good luck with this site. This is the first time I have received junk like this. Its all going back.

Can you return or get a refund with no out of pocket cost?
First, the Aeroccino 3, was HORRIBLE. The lid is busted with a hole in it. The whisk inside is missing, and it doesn't even have the base to set it on and plug in. It's just the cup. Not to mention it is clearly uncleaned. 100% unusable.
Second, the Vertuo Deluxe Plus, came in it's original box and was just taped close. The box was pretty beat up. Opened it up and looks like someone tried to repackage it with most of the plastic wraps, but not done neatly. Don't think it was to try to disguise it as new, as it was very sloppily done. Clear the unit was used, as expected. But it seems most parts are in working order and little to no problems. Ran a cleaning cycle and seems to be running no problem. No noticeable damage.
Definitely going to be contacting them about the Aeroccino 3. That was in a ridiculous condition. There is no way that should have even come close to being accepted as a sale.
How has the return experience been for others here? Was unable to find anything on the order page and only see a number to call. Meh.. dreading the phone call.

Contacted them, and they sent me a prepaid return label for a refund or replacement. May just go for a refund as I don't trust the replacement will be much better.

Aerocinno didnt come with charger and base, the cup was fine and whisk was there. Have to return it. Unfortunate, I wanted to keep it.
Coffee maker came damaged and dirty, was open box but obviously used.
Coffee grinder was filthy and wasnt even cleaned and had a broken piece.
Also bought a stanley, it came dented but otherwise brand new.
I am doing a RMA on all of the items I bought. Really stupid how this company functions.
