Just bought gamermax edge case. For PC flip....

It looks better on the photo.

Very thin metal

I would not have kept it for personal pc case.

Asus AP201 is usually available for about $69. Good quality. I'd consider that over this.

But if you need atx… then this doesn't look so bad.
I wish mATX was the standard form factor now, as 99% of people only use one pcie slot. Unfortunately motherboard manufacturers still stick with ATX which makes them the best value by far. There are only a handful of high quality mATX boards and good ITX boards cost a fortune.

like I said, I'm mainly looking at this case as a decent stand-in until this one gets cheaper/goes on sale.

Tower 200 is you can deal with the smaller amount of clearance is more affordable with your components

White is just way too much of a premium Sadld and if you might paint it yourself since it's modular you could save a decent amount and then if you get off amazon then it fluctuates even more

Video capture, usb, wifi, and 10gb ethernet cards are all extremely useful. I'll agree most people don't use more than 1 slot, but it's far fewer than 99%.

Larger cases and and more expandability simply allows for far more flexibility for people when it comes to buying components, expanding PC capabilities. Having a full size case essentially allows me to buy what ever I can find on sale or used that fits my use case.

This is a Jonsbo D40 clone which isn't a bad thing, It's the smallest ATX case (30L) that can fit a full size mobo, gpu, psu, tower cooler. The only thing it can't fit is a full size AIO, it's limited to 240mm, gonna put the 7700x combo I picked up from Microcenter into this.

Unlikely drop down to $50 range. Anything good would be above $100 nowadays.

I'm not expecting to pay only $50 for that. But I'm not thinking it's worth the full price either.

Hrm, I've been looking for a case for my new build. It's not as compact as I would like. But it's low-key mesh on the outside and not a windowed case, which I typically prefer. I'll take a chance on it until the case I really want goes on sale hopefully one day.
Why do you even bother with this if you're looking for a compact case. I literally spit over keyboard while reading the post, unfortunately I was drinking.

I care to take a look only as it mentioned heat is what it emphasized and it's all about mesh. I could careless about the glasses all around for the aesthetic, and never mind the size.

For an ATX case, this is not bad at all. My complaint is only the last slot of board interface has too narrow of space that can't be used for a thick GPU. But the mesh airflow is certainly something to appraise about.

Of course there will be better deals on ATX because its the standard - which is exactly my complaint. I have to spend more to get a relatively compact system which should cost them less to make (assuming equal production numbers).

With 99% I was thinking the overall PC market including prebuilts and office PCs but that really isnt applicable. I'd still guess 90% of the build your own PC market only uses one slot, and even if they use more slots mATX usually has two double height 16x pcie lanes plus at least one more single height x4 slot that wouldnt block the double height slots.

Here's something crazy. If you're viewing from a phone, look at picture 3 or 4 on the Newegg product page. Now scroll the page down so the case is off the screen, now scroll back up to the top and watch the mesh on the case. The mesh squiggles around for a second or so before freezing back in place.

No. I'm not trippin!
Is your phone screen oled? these images feature a lot of contrast, might be pure black

Gamer's Nexus just dropped a video tearing Gamemax apart, this brand is literally stealing designs and ripping off other companies. This isn't a slick deal, this is supporting IP theft.

You could say inspired as far as the outer looks go, I did not bother to dig into the internal design too much. This case looks absolutely fantastic but I fear the brand did not put the materials into the gauge of the metal. I would buy this from a reputable brand... maybe Jonsbo should actually clone this in a real d40 so we can have the best of both worlds since the original d40 is ugly in comparison.
